East Berkshire Mind is a mental health charity which works to create a better life for everyone with experience of mental distress. One in four people will be affected by a mental health problem at some time in their lives. East Berkshire Mind aims to bring opportunity, stability and recovery to the people of East Berkshire through services offering advice, support and understanding.

East Berkshire Mind is a registered charity affiliated to the national charity Mind.
